Locally owned and operated, Prudential Tropical Realty traces its roots back to 1959 with one Real Estate office in the Tampa Bay area. Several years later, commercial sales associates and business partners Dewey Mitchell and Allen Crumbley had the foresight to align Tropical Realty with Prudential Real Estate in 1988.

Prudential Tropical Realty has since grown into a full service Tampa Real Estate organization, that consistently ranks among the Top 2 real estate companies in the Tampa Bay area and is known for our top notch highly experienced Tampa realtors. The company is complete with the following:
